Silicon Nitride Ceramic Ignition Series
Toro, Silicon Nitride Ceramic Ignition Series can heat up to 800℃-1200℃ in tens of seconds, and ignite the fuel by direct heat transfer or blast heat transfer. A temperature buffer area is set on the igniter to protect the terminal from damage. The insulation package at the wire joint can effectively prevent short circuit caused by conductive ash. The common working voltage is AC220-240V~, and the model with input DC voltage can also be customized. With reasonable installation method and ignition procedure, silicon nitride ceramic igniter can be used safely for several years. Ceramic igniters and heaters with a size of less than 200mmx200mm can be customized according to customer needs.
