The common working voltage is AC220-240V~, and the model with input DC voltage can also be customized. With reasonable installation method and ignition procedure, silicon nitride ceramic igniter can be used safely for several years. Ceramic igniters and heaters with a size of less than 200mmx200mm can be customized according to customer needs.

The igniter features a temperature buffer zone to protect wiring connections from damage. Insulation at the wire joints effectively prevents short circuits caused by conductive ash residue. It typically operates on AC 220-240V~, with options for custom models that accept DC input voltage. When installed correctly and following appropriate ignition procedures, the silicon nitride ceramic igniter can safely operate for several years. Custom sizes up to 200mm x 200mm are available to meet specific customer requirements for ceramic igniters and heaters.
